The Szent Anna Mária Alapítvány (Saint Anne & Mary Foundation, hereinafter: Foundation) has voluntarily recognized its mission in the field of personal data protection to provide lawful, flexible, and realistic data protection guarantees to natural persons (data subjects) whose personal data it processes. The Foundation considers it important to respect and enforce the rights of data subjects. When processing personal data, the Foundation acts in accordance with the principles of data processing,
thereby ensuring
-the lawful and fair processing of personal data in a manner that is transparent to the data subject;
- that data is collected only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes
and that the data collected is adequate and relevant for the purposes of data processing
and limited to what is necessary;
- that data is accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date;
- that the data is processed for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected;
- that appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to ensure the security of personal data
and to protect it against unauthorized or unlawful processing,
accidental loss, destruction, or damage.
